I believe frameworks like Agile and Team Topologies offer useful guidance—but great leadership comes from knowing how to adapt to your team, your product, and your culture.

I thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where I can balance strategy with hands-on involvement—whether mentoring a team through a problem or jumping into the code myself. My background is strongest in backend and DevOps, but I’ve worked across the full stack. I care deeply about building products that work beautifully and do good in the world, especially those with a positive environmental impact.
