I work hard to make sure teams understand thde “why,” not just the ticket in front of them. When people have context and ownership, they do their best work. My role is to create that environment — and step in hands-on when it genuinely adds value.
I’m quietly confident rather than loudly opinionated. I’ll challenge unclear thinking and inefficient processes, but I do it pragmatically and with respect. Leadership, to me, is a craft: it’s about building strong systems and strong people at the same time.
